Chicken

Pineapple coca-cola chicken wing 菠萝可乐鸡翅

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook:30 minutes  Makes: 12 chicken wing

Ingredients

12 Chicken wing/leg
150g canned pineapple(in own juice), shredded.
3 tablespoons canned pineapple juice
1 500ml bottle coca-cola
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Marinade
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 pieces of ginger
1 teaspoon pineapple juice

Direction:
1. Mix all marinade seasoning in a small bowl.
2. Put the washed chicken wings in a big bowl, pour in the mixture of marinade, mix well, set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes(or overnight).
3. Heat oil over middle high heat in a wok/skillet, place in all the chicken wings and ginger, cook and stir until the skin of chicken wings turn golden brown.
4. Add coca-cola in the wok, turn the heat to medium low, covered cook about 20 minutes or until chicken wings are completely cooked through.
5. Add pineapple in the wok, turn the heat to high, constantly stir about 3 minutes until the sauce turn thick and the chicken wings are coated.
6. turn off the heat, pour in pineapple juice, stir and mix well.
7. Serve immediately.

[菠萝可乐鸡翅]

配料:12个鸡翅中或翅根,150g切块或片的菠萝(我用的罐头菠萝),3汤匙菠萝汁(如果罐头里是水做的汁而不是原汁,就取一片菠萝自己把汁挤出来备用),1瓶500ml的可乐,1汤匙油。

腌料:1/2茶匙盐,1/2茶匙白胡椒粉,1/2茶匙大蒜粉(可不用),1/3茶匙糖,1/2茶匙细辣椒粉,1汤匙生抽,1茶匙老抽,2片姜,1茶匙柠檬汁。

做法

1. 把所有腌料在小碗里调整汁。
2. 把洗过的鸡翅放一个大碗,倒入腌料汁涂抹均匀,放入冰箱腌至少30分钟(或隔夜)。
3. 用中火热油,放入鸡翅和姜片,翻炒到鸡翅表面开始金黄。
4. 加入可乐,转中小火,盖盖尔煮制大概20分钟,或待鸡翅全熟。
5. 加入菠萝块,然后转大火,不停翻炒知道汤汁变得浓稠,且包裹在鸡翅上。
6. 关火,加入菠萝汁,翻拌均匀。
7. 马上食用。
