Vegetables!! 蔬菜!

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 20 minutes  Makes: 2 servings


Noodles (Chinese noodles or you can use pasta or spaghetti instead)

Pork or beef, Sliced (optional)

100g broccoli.

1 small-size romaine hearts, cut into pieces.

1 carrot, shredded.

2 cup baby spinach leaves.

1/2 small onion, sliced.

1 teaspoon smashed garlic and ginger.


5 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon essence of chicken

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 cup water


1. Bring salted and oiled water to boil, put broccoli in and cook for 1 minute, remove the broccoli, and set aside.

2. Continue boiling the water and place the noodles in the water, cook until the noodles is done, drain off hot water, pour in cool water with the noodles, set aside.

3. Cook and stir pork/beef in hot oil in a wok/skillet over middle-high heat until cook through, then add garlic and ginger stir for 30 more seconds, pour in soy sauce, mix well.

4. Add onion and carrot into the wok, cook and stir until it begin to turn to tender.

5. Put the cooked noodles to the wok, add romaine hearts and cooked broccoli, season with salt, white pepper, sugar, essence of chicken and water, cook and mix well, turn off the heat when the water is almost absorbed but still a bit wet.

6. Add baby spinach in the noodles after turning off the heat, quickly stir and mix well with noodles and vegetables.

7. Add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well. serve immediately.


  • Use pestle(if have one) to smash garlic and ginger, to make the flavor of garlic and ginger tasty.
  • Add drops of vinegar if you like.
  • Add more sugar if you don’t using onions.
  • For the noodles, you can use pasta or spaghetti instead.
  • If you don’t have white pepper, this can be found in Asian market.


配料:面条(也可以用意大利面), 猪肉或者牛肉切片或条儿(喜欢全素可以不放),100克西兰花,1颗娃娃菜或者2,3颗小白菜,切块。1根胡萝卜切丝,2杯嫩菠菜叶,半个小洋葱切丝,1汤匙捣碎的蒜泥和姜泥。



1. 把西兰花用加了盐和油的热水焯一下备用。

2. 再用煮西兰花的水把面煮熟,然后将热水滤掉,加入凉水,放一边备用。

3. 用中火把肉炒熟,然后加入蒜泥姜泥,接着再炒半分钟。加入酱油,炒匀。

4. 加入洋葱和胡萝卜,炒到微微变软。

5. 把煮好备用的面条,娃娃菜/小白菜/焯过的西兰花加进来一起翻炒,并用盐,白胡椒粉,糖,鸡精和水调味并翻炒均匀。等水分差不多快要吸收干的时候关火。

6. 加入菠菜叶,快速翻炒几下,和面条蔬菜一起拌匀即可。

7. 加几滴香油,拌匀,马上装盘。


  • 如果家里有杵子,可以用来将蒜和姜捣碎,这样面条就更入味。
  • 喜欢的话可以加些醋。
  • 如果不放洋葱,可以再多加一点点糖,以平衡蔬菜的涩味。

  2. Such a fresh and flavorful dish. I haven’t had broccoli in too long. I tend to eat less of it in the summer with all the other fresh produce and it’s so great.
