Fried rice with shredded pork 肉丝炒饭

1/4 lb pork (any part)  thinly shred 

1/2 cup corn 

1 bowl leftover rice  

5 tablespoons cooking oil 

1 teaspoon salt 

1/2 teaspoon white pepper 

2 tablespoons soy  sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine 

1 tablespoon chopped garlic 

1 tablespoon chopped green onion 

 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped ginger 

1 teaspoon sesame oil   



1. heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok/skillet over middle-high heat, cook green onion, garlic and ginger until begin to turn to golden. add shred pork in cook and stir until cooked through, seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon salt, white pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, mix well, remove the pork mixture, set aside.

2. Wash the wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil over middle-high heat, transfer the rice to the wok/skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon salt on the rice, cook and stirring constantly for 2 minutes or untill the rice is separated.

3. Transfer the pork mixture and add the corn to the rice in the wok, stir constantly for about 30 seconds until the color of the rice becomes evenly and the rice and everything  are incorporated.

4. Turn off heat, add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well。serve and garnish with a few little tomato/ and green leaves.



  • If desired, partially freeze pork for easier slicing.
  • Add salt when cooking and stirring rice making the rice separated easily.  



**** Fried rice with shredded pork****






1. 锅中火烧热放3汤匙油,把葱姜蒜炒香直到变得金黄,放入猪肉丝炒熟。用1/2茶匙盐,白胡椒粉,酱油,料酒调味,炒匀。盛出备用。

2. 锅洗净开中火放2汤匙油,放入米饭和1/2茶匙盐,不断翻炒约2分钟直到将米粒炒散。

3. 加入炒猪肉丝,和玉米,不断翻炒30秒直炒到颜色均匀,米饭和各种材料炒匀。

4. 关火,加几滴香油炒匀。装盘,用小番茄和绿叶装饰即可。



  • 未完全解冻的猪肉更容易切。 
  • 在炒米饭时加盐更容易把米饭炒散。
